Matthew Helm is the Founder and Managing Director of Taste and Tactics; a food and beverage and culinary consulting firm built upon three decades of elite global hospitality leadership. His career spans six luxury hotel brands as an Executive Chef and five premier integrated resorts at the senior management level, operating across ten countries and four continents.

With deep expertise in pre-openings, operational repositioning, and maximizing performance for flagship properties—including Crown/Altira Macau, Wynn Macau, Galaxy Macau, Nustar Resort, and Marina Bay Sands—Matthew delivers unparalleled value.
